This Shipping Policy explains how Purity Coffee in Canada by Only Gourmet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) manages shipping for orders placed through our website: https://puritycoffee.onlygourmet.ca/.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times (Canada)
Estimated transit time: 2–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Total estimated delivery time: 3–12 business days (processing + transit).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, remote locations, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs (CAD)
Free shipping on orders CA$50+ (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes).
• For orders under CA$50, a flat shipping fee of CA$10 applies.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:
• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Logging into your account on puritycoffee.onlygourmet.ca
• Contacting our support team with your order number

Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• We do not ship to freight forwarders

Delivery Issues
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived:
• Check with neighbors, household members, or building reception/mailroom
• Contact the carrier using your tracking number
• If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
• Keep the original packaging
• Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at wecare@onlygourmet.ca
