Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how Purity Coffee in Canada by Only Gourmet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made at https://puritycoffee.onlygourmet.ca/ (the “Site”).

Return Window (30 Days)
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are new, unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Items are returned in original packaging (including seals and labels)
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Food & Consumable Safety (Unopened Only)
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for coffee and other consumable products if they are unopened and unused.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the same conditions above (new/unopened/unused, within 30 days). If you want an exchange, contact us first and we’ll confirm the next steps.

How to Start a Return
Email us at wecare@onlygourmet.ca and include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional for non-defective returns)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return Shipping (Free)

  • Returns are sent by mail
  • We provide a free return shipping label for approved returns
  • There are no restocking fees

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
