A seasonal medium roast crafted for cold water and long, patient extraction — clean, refreshing, and effortless to brew at home. Notes of cocoa nibs and peanut butter, over plenty of ice.
Add 75 g of coarse grounds to 4 cups of cold, filtered water.
Cover and rest in the fridge for at least 6–7 hours.
Press or filter off the grounds. French press or fine mesh both work.
Pour over plenty of ice. Add milk if desired. Keep chilled up to 1 week.
